Warranty terms
When the warranty applies
- The product has visible damage on the day of purchase.
- The product does not provide its stated functions when used according to the instructions.
- A fault is found within one year during proper use.
When the warranty does not apply
- Mechanical damage.
- Damage caused by improper use, failure to follow the instructions, or unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical load.
- Reversed battery polarity.
- Water immersion, unauthorized repair or structural modification of any part of the product.
