Current versiondated July 16, 2026
Before placing an order

Please read the payment, delivery and return terms. Clicking the payment button after accepting this Offer constitutes acceptance of its terms.

1. General provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Artem Yuryevich Konovodov (the “Seller”) to enter into a distance retail sale agreement with a legally capable individual (the “Buyer”).

1.2. The Offer applies to orders placed at arm-v.ru. Relations between the parties are governed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Russian Consumer Protection Law, the Rules for the Sale of Goods under Retail Sale Agreements and other applicable regulations.

1.3. The Buyer places an order for personal, family, household or other needs unrelated to business activity. Wholesale and business purchases are agreed separately.

1.4. “Product” means Arm‑V electronic control units, accessories and other catalog items. “Website” means the Seller's online store at arm-v.ru.

2. Seller and product information

2.1. Seller: Individual Entrepreneur Artem Yuryevich Konovodov, Taxpayer ID 771383921182, Primary State Registration Number 317774600139642, address: apt. 85, bldg. 1, 47 Keramichesky Proyezd, Moscow 127540, Russia.

2.2. The main properties, compatibility, package contents, price and product images are shown on the product page. Color and appearance may differ slightly due to display settings or design updates that do not impair the stated specifications.

2.3. Before ordering, the Buyer checks compatibility with the replica and operating conditions. Instructions are available under Instructions & Software.

3. Placing an order and entering into the agreement

3.1. The Buyer selects the product and quantity, enters contact and delivery details, checks the total, accepts this Offer and submits the order to the Seller.

3.2. First name, last name, phone number and email are required. They are used to confirm the order, issue an electronic receipt, communicate with the Buyer and arrange delivery.

3.3. The agreement is concluded when the Seller receives the Buyer's order through the Website. The Website assigns a unique order number. Payment additionally confirms acceptance of this Offer.

3.4. After checkout, the Buyer receives an order confirmation and can track it in the account or through Seller notifications. Each order is governed by the version of the Offer accepted at checkout.

3.5. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and must promptly notify the Seller if an error prevents fulfillment.

4. Price and payment

4.1. Prices are stated in Russian rubles. The final order total, including selected delivery, is displayed before payment.

4.2. Payment is made online by bank card through the secure CloudPayments form. Full card details are entered in the payment provider's form and are not stored by the online store.

4.3. The Buyer's payment obligation is fulfilled after the payment provider confirms a successful transaction. The electronic fiscal receipt is sent to the phone number or email provided by the Buyer.

4.4. The Seller may not unilaterally change the price of a concluded order. If a technical error is found before conclusion, the Seller provides the correct terms and the Buyer decides whether to place a new order.

5. Delivery and transfer

5.1. Available countries, carriers and pickup points are shown at checkout. The Website supports CDEK and Yandex Delivery; the Buyer selects the method.

5.2. Cost and estimated delivery time are calculated before payment. Transit time depends on the carrier and destination; dates shown by the service are estimates.

5.3. The product is handed to the Buyer or another person who provides the order number or other proof of the order, unless a different procedure is required by the carrier or law.

5.4. Upon receipt, the Buyer should inspect the packaging, completeness and visible condition. Risk of accidental loss or damage passes upon actual transfer of the product.

6. Cancellation and return of conforming goods

6.1. The Buyer may cancel the product at any time before transfer and within seven calendar days after transfer.

6.2. If written information on the procedure and period for returning conforming goods was not provided upon delivery, the cancellation period is three months from transfer.

6.3. A conforming product may be returned if its saleable condition and consumer properties are preserved and proof of purchase is available. Absence of that document does not prevent the Buyer from relying on other evidence. Opened packaging alone is not an unconditional reason for refusal when the product's condition and properties can be confirmed.

6.4. A conforming product with individually defined properties cannot be returned when it can be used exclusively by the Buyer who purchased it.

6.5. To return a product, the Buyer contacts info@arm-v.ru or writes to the Seller's postal address and agrees the transfer method. The refund is made within ten calendar days after the claim, less the Seller's documented cost of transporting the returned conforming product from the Buyer, where such cost arose.

7. Defects and warranty

7.1. If a defect is found, the Buyer may exercise the remedies provided by consumer protection law. The Arm‑V commercial warranty is one year from purchase unless a longer period is stated for the product and does not limit statutory rights.

7.2. Initial diagnostics and warranty claims are described on the Warranty page. For voluntary remote diagnostics, the Buyer may attach a description, photo or video. Missing media is not grounds to refuse a claim; where required, the Seller accepts the product for a quality inspection under applicable law.

7.3. The Seller bears the return cost for defective goods where required by law.

8. Requests and claims

8.1. Questions and claims may be sent to info@arm-v.ru or by registered mail to: apt. 85, bldg. 1, 47 Keramichesky Proyezd, Moscow 127540, Russia.

8.2. Please include your full name, order number, request and preferred reply method. Claims are considered within statutory periods. This Offer does not impose a mandatory pre-trial procedure.

9. Personal data

9.1. Personal data is processed to conclude and perform the agreement, settle payments, issue receipts, arrange delivery, provide support and comply with law.

9.2. Data categories, storage periods, recipients and data-subject rights are described in the Personal Data Policy.

10. Liability and disputes

10.1. The parties are liable under Russian law. Nothing in this Offer limits mandatory consumer rights or Seller liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10.2. A party is released from liability for a breach caused by extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances to the extent those circumstances actually prevented performance.

10.3. The Buyer retains the statutory right to choose territorial jurisdiction for a consumer dispute.

11. Validity and amendments

11.1. This Offer is effective from July 16, 2026 until a new version is published.

11.2. A new version applies only to orders placed after publication and does not amend existing agreements.

11.3. Full registration and banking details are available on the Company details page.
